giftback.com is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged. Flowers cannot be accepted for return after 7 days and plants cannot be accepted for return after 30 days. Additionally, we are only able to refund 90% of your purchase price to your credit card as your 10% contribution to the charity has already been made.

To return or exchange an item, please obtain a gift return (GR) number by calling Customer Service, toll-free 1-888-576-GIFT, 8AM – 8PM eastern, Monday through Friday.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Giftback.com reserves the right to include or exclude any organization. Giftback.com will remove organizations that request to be dropped from the Giftback database. If money has already been designated for an organization requesting to be removed, that money will be sent to the organization regardless of the amount.
